Each project is very unique and because of this it is difficult to say without knowing anything about your project how much the plan will cost. It really is dependent on what needs to be done and the scope of the entire project.How long will it take to complete my design and construction?
Typically, the design process will take 2 to 3 weeks from start to finish. As far as the construction part of the project, each will vary. At this time we will walk you through the steps that will be implemented and how long we think your project will take to complete. You are a very important part of the design process. We are very happy when a client wants to be involved and will not move forward without your consent. We appreciate your input in every aspect of the process. Collaboration is what makes for a successful landscape for you to enjoy for many years to come.Do you require a down payment for my project?
To insure a smooth installation process, most of the materials are purchased prior to the commencement of the project. Funding for each landscape design project is done using client funds and is collected in advance. A typical payment breakdown is: 30 percent before commencement of work, 50 percent as certain phases of the project are completed, and 20 percent at the project’s completion.
